It’s not a big surprise to me when a celebrity c

It’s not a big surprise to me when a celebrity couple or pro-athlete couple don’t manage to sustain their marriage or partnership. There is an imbalance of time and energy spent on individual careers vs on the relationship. Demanding schedules with frequent travel and training, relocation and public appearances limits quality time with partners. This understandably leads to feelings of neglect, loneliness or disconnection.
I have deep compassion and sadness for both spouses in the #kolisidivorce who have done an extraordinary job of raising children and partnering together through several Rugby World Cups, a gruelling schedule and a relocation to France.
Although their marriage may be coming to an end, I imagine their commitment to co-parenting will allow their relationship to transform from romantic to a beautiful friendship for life. @rachelkolisi and @siyakolisi you have not failed, you have the opportunity to show that love can take on many forms and marriage is only one. I wish these two extraordinary people a smooth transition as they reshape and trans-form their partnership ❤️‍🩹

What if curiosity isn’t just about asking questions—but the very fuel for unlocking new ideas, creativity, and growth?

Curiosity doesn’t just lead to new discoveries—it’s the key to staying adaptable in a fast-changing world. By asking ‘why’ and ‘how,’ we sharpen our minds, uncover hidden patterns, and challenge assumptions that hold us back.

“But how can I begin to cultivate curiosity?” you might be wondering (I hope you are wondering 😉)

• Start with small questions: You don’t need grand questions to be curious. Begin by wondering about everyday things—why the sky changes colors, how a favorite app works, or why certain foods taste better together. This builds your habit of inquiry.

• Embrace not knowing: Curiosity thrives when you’re comfortable with uncertainty. Instead of seeing gaps in your knowledge as a weakness, view them as an invitation to explore something new.

• Follow your interests: Let your natural interests guide you. If something piques your curiosity, whether it’s a hobby, a news story, or a conversation topic, dive deeper! Curiosity is most rewarding when it’s personal.

• Ask “why” more often: Challenge yourself to ask “why” five times about a topic. Each “why” takes you further into a deeper understanding, helping you connect ideas and spark new ones.

So, what are you curious about today? Dive into the unknown, because the most interesting answers often come from the questions you never thought to ask.
