Dignity. The word has it’s origins from a word mea Dignity. The word has it’s origins from a word meaning “worthiness”. When we have dignity, we know we are worthy. We know we are deserving of Self respect. Dignity allows us to set and protect our personal boundaries. 

If you are struggling with setting boundaries, it might be a symptom of a lack of dignity. In this chapter titled ’It Begins With You’- I talk about the role of dignity in our mental and emotional wellbeing. 
The way we treat ourselves is reflected in how we allow others to treat us.

The energy you consistently bring into a relationship impacts its health. 
Yes, we will have high and lows, but what is your dominant state and mood? 
It is not the responsibility of your partner or the relationship to be your sole source of happiness and joy. 
A barrier to intimacy is neglecting your physical and mental health. 
A breakthrough is taking ownership of it.

That is art.
That is the practice
